My work with children and families is informed by a variety of theories, training and experience. My approach is trauma-informed and based in development and relationship science.
In my many years of working with children and families, I had many moments of frustration in the limits of mental health supports for children and caregivers. It was for this reason I decided to become a registered clinical counsellor and start my own practice.
